However, if you are not completely satisfied with a product, or if you made a mistake when ordering a product, you can return it if you meet the following conditions:
- Products returned within 14 calendar days of receipt will only be accepted if they are in good condition, i.e. unaltered in all their components and in the original packaging next to your invoice.
- Shipping costs relating to the return of a product that conforms to its description on this website will always be borne by the customer.
- The cost of returning the product will be the customer's responsibility.
- The refund of the purchase amount will only be made after confirming the good condition of the products and will always be made by the same means by which the payment was made or another to be agreed with the customer. It may take an average of 8 days.
- Only the amount referring to the product(s) will be refunded and the shipping costs will not be refunded.
- No returns are accepted on items from the Outlet category.
If you wish, the value of the returned product can be used to purchase another product from re.store®.
In case the damage to the product is caused by its production, re.store® will be responsible for the expenses associated with its transportation.
Since re.store® products are made with waste from the textile industry, there may be small defects in their fabrics that are part of the essence of the brand: the upcycle of textile waste.
Also the manufacturing of re.store® products is done in associations / social institutions, so some non-conformities in terms of measures in the final product are to be expected.
