re.store® is committed to protecting customer data and will never make it available to third parties.

When processing your order, it is possible that your data, such as address and zip code, may be disclosed for fraud prevention and detection purposes.

3. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text that websites can send to browsers, attached to any connection. On subsequent visits the browser sends the data back to the server that owns the cookie in order to optimize the user experience on the website. A cookie is transmitted until it expires, which is set by the site.

Websites generally use cookies to distinguish users and remember preferences.

For example, when a user enters his or her username and password into a website (such as gmail or facebook), his or her browser receives and saves one or more cookies. These cookies serve as an identification that the browser sends on every access. In this way the site can recognize the user as the person who logged in earlier with his or her username and password.

The transmission of cookies, by default, is invisible to the user, but the user can configure his browser to alert him about them or still see the information contained in the stored cookies. However, the contents of the cookies generally have no meaning for the user, these are information used internally by the server.

4. Security

re.store® uses one of the most secure online ordering systems available and is constantly improving its software in order to offer the highest possible security to its customers.

We use a server certificate, also known as a digital certificate, which ensures our identity, as well as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption of the transmitted data.

5. Payment Methods

5.1. Credit card

You can pay by credit card and take advantage of the liquidity and payment terms that your bank offers.

All transactions on our website are secure.

5.1.1. Is it safe to pay with my card online?

re.store® uses a sophisticated fraud detection and prevention mechanism. Through this solution, it is possible to verify the authenticity of payments made online, while safeguarding the integrity and security of customer data, as well as their identification.

This security is made possible by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which encrypts communications produced between the client computer and our server so that they cannot be intercepted. As such, re.store® reserves the right to refuse payment for an order for a transaction that is deemed to be illicit. Any and all activities deemed illegal will be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities.

5.1.2. How is payment processed by credit card?

After selecting the credit card payment option and clicking on “Checkout”, the customer will be asked to provide the necessary data from his credit card, namely his name, number, expiration date and security code.

If payment is declined, the customer will be presented with a message indicating the error in their shopping cart window. In these situations, we suggest that you try again, and if the problem persists, we recommend that you contact your bank or credit card issuer for more information.

Once the payment is made, the amount will be debited from the customer’s credit card account. If, for any reason, we have to cancel part or all of the order, we will refund the corresponding amount within 5 business days. The transaction will be reflected on the customer’s card statement after 2 business days from the date it was made.

In order to protect our customers from potential fraud, we may, from time to time, request additional information to facilitate our analysis of the payment. If we do not get an answer to our request within 3 business days, we will cancel the order and refund you.


Notice:
Payments are always made in euros, even when prices are shown in other currencies. Some banks may charge exchange fees. re.store® is totally unaware of this fact and takes no responsibility for it.

5.2. ATM payment (Available only in Portugal)

Payments by ATM can be made through the ATM network or through your Homebanking.

When you finalize your order, an ATM reference will be generated. The customer will receive this reference in the order confirmation e-mail, although it will also be available in the “Order Details” under the “Orders” tab in the customer’s re.store® account.

To make the payment at an ATM, the customer must select the option “Payment of Services/Purchases” and insert the corresponding entity, reference and amount.

The order will be shipped the same day if payment is made by 12 noon on a business day. Orders paid after that time will be shipped the next business day.

The products are reserved for 4 days. If re.store® does not receive payment for the order during this period, the order will be cancelled.

5.3. Payment by MBWay (Available only in Portugal)

MBWay payments can be made through your phone. Simply select the MB WAY payment method, then enter the associated mobile number, you will receive a notification on your smartphone, accept the MBWay purchase, confirm with the MBWay PIN, and complete the payment.

The order will be shipped the same day if payment is made by 12 noon on a business day. Orders paid after that time will be shipped the next business day.

The products are reserved for 4 days. If re.store® does not receive payment for the order during this period, the order will be cancelled.

You must confirm your purchase within a maximum of 5 minutes. After this time limit the purchase order expires, in these cases it will be necessary to repeat the purchase process to receive a new notification.

All intellectual property rights in software and content available through this site are owned by re.store® and are licensed and protected by laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved to re.store® and its suppliers.
